Below are directions for changing the start-up page for Netscape Navigator, Communicator, and MS Internet Explorer. It's really very easy. Choose your version, and follow the directions to make The Writer's Nook the first thing you see when you turn on your computer each day!

NETSCAPE 4

1.At the top of your browser, click on "Edit"
2.Then click on "Preferences"
3.See where it says "Home page"? Fill in the "location" box with http://www.twnn.com/index.html
4.Click OK
5.You're done!

NETSCAPE 3.x

1.At the top of your browser, click on "Options"
2.Then click on "General Preferences"
3.Under the "Appearances" folder, find the "Startup" heading
4.Under that heading, enter http://www.twnn.com/index.html into the field that says "Home Page Location"
5.Click "OK"
6.You're done!

INTERNET EXPLORER 5.x

1.At the top of your browser, click on "Tools"
2.Then choose "Internet Options"
3.Then click on the tab that says "General"
4.Enter http://www.twnn.com/index.html in the box after the word "Address"
5.Click "OK"
7.You're done!

INTERNET EXPLORER 4.x

1.At the top of your browser, click on "View"
2.Then click on "Options"
3.Then click on the folder heading that says "General"
4.Enter http://www.twnn.com/index.html in the box that says "Address"
5.Click "OK"
6.You're done!

INTERNET EXPLORER 3.x

1.At the top of your browser, click on "View"
2.Then click on "options"
3.Then click on the folder heading that says "Navigation"
4.Under "Customize", enter http://www.twnn.com/index.html in the box that says "Address"
5.In the same area, make sure that you've selected "Start Page"
6.Click "OK"
7.You're done!
